SimpleSend

SimpleSend is the personalization layer for cold outreach. You bring the lead list, Claude writes the emails, and SimpleSend supplies the research each line is built on, then keeps every draft in your account.

How it works in Claude:

1. Point Claude at a lead list — one already in SimpleSend, or one it creates in the conversation from contacts you paste. 2. Describe the campaign: what you sell, who you sell to, the ask, and a sequence of up to five emails (intro, value, follow-up, breakup). 3. Give up to five research targets — the specific things worth knowing about each company. Not fixed database fields: you write them. The vendor a company runs on its site, a recent launch, hiring on a particular team, how they describe themselves now. 4. SimpleSend researches each company from public sources and returns a dossier with sources and dates. Claude drafts every email against that dossier, your brief and your signature. 5. Drafts are checked, saved to your SimpleSend account, and exported as CSV for whatever you send with.

What is different about it:

• Claude does the writing, so there is no per-email AI drafting charge. You already pay for Claude.
• Every personalized line traces to a researched fact with a source, or it does not ship. No invented details about the recipient.
• You define the research per campaign. Results are cached 30 days per company, so a shared prospect is not researched twice.
• Sequences, not single emails: each step knows what the last one said.
• Everything Claude makes lands in your SimpleSend account to review, edit and export.
