stageworks

stageworks is a planning app for bands: gigs, booking requests, run sheets, fees and who can play, in one place for the whole band. This connector lets band owners and admins work with their stageworks account from Claude, in their own words.

Ask about your shows:

• "Which gigs do we play next month, and which deposits are still open?"
• "What is the run sheet for Saturday, and who is the contact on the day?"
• "Which booking requests are still open, and for which dates?"

Or let Claude do the admin:

• Add a show to the calendar, or change its date, time, venue, fee, deposit or run sheet
• Turn an email or WhatsApp message from an organiser into a booking request, with the proposed dates and fee
• Put a request on hold until a date while you negotiate
• Add notes to the timeline of a show or a request, for example a summary of a call

Safe by design:

• You log in to stageworks yourself and approve the connection; Claude never sees your password
• Your role is checked on every request: leave a band or become a regular member, and access to that band stops straight away
• Nothing can be deleted, and booking requests cannot be accepted or declined through Claude: those decisions stay in the app
• Disconnect at any time in stageworks under Settings, AI assistants

Requirements: a free stageworks account (stageworks.ai) with the owner or admin role in a band.
