Your customers tell you how to make your product better, every single day: a bug on their screen, a feature that would keep them, a configuration an enterprise client needs. Someone still has to listen, figure out what matters, and make it happen.

Starko is the product operations platform that does that on its own. Feedback arrives from every channel, Starko understands what matters for whom, coding agents implement the change, and Starko verifies, reviews and merges it. The coding agent is part of the factory. Starko runs the factory.

This connector puts the factory inside Claude, in your own workspace:

• See what customers are asking for: search tickets and conversations, read the full context, spot what is urgent, overdue or about to breach an SLA.
• Understand who it matters to: look up the client, company, tenant and deal behind a request.
• Turn requests into work: create tickets with the request as the brief, group them into projects, link what blocks what.
• Send it to the factory: start a Starko AI run on a ticket, follow the session, answer the agent's questions, and merge the pull request it opened.
• Close the loop: reply to the customer, update the knowledge base, build a workflow so the next request handles itself.

Claude acts as you, with your role, in the workspace you choose when connecting. Anything consequential, such as starting a run, sending a reply or changing a record, is summarised and waits for your approval first.

Requires a Starko workspace with MCP access enabled by the owner under Settings, then Connections.
