StudioFlow is class management software for independent fitness instructors: yoga, Pilates, barre, bootcamp and other class-based coaches. This connector gives Claude secure, read-mostly access to your StudioFlow account so you can run the admin side of your business by asking.
What you can do:
- Schedule: see your next class, this week's timetable, and full details for any class.
- Bookings and attendance: enrolment summaries, attendance trends over recent weeks, and capacity analysis showing which classes fill and which don't.
- Payments: list clients who still owe for a class or term.
- Spot problems early: find classes at risk of low numbers and classes that need promotion, plus a weekly pulse and suggested priorities for the week ahead.
- Set up classes: create a new class, or clone an existing one into a new term with updated dates, times or prices.
- Messaging: draft class announcements, class reminders and payment reminders, and prepare campaigns to a client segment, using your saved message templates.
Safe by design: Claude never sends messages to your clients. Announcements, reminders and campaigns are saved as drafts in StudioFlow, and you review and send them from the app. Read tools are marked read-only. The only write actions are creating or cloning a class and saving drafts, and none of them delete anything.
