Superrelay

Superrelay is a customer support platform for software teams: a shared inbox for chat, email and WhatsApp, a help center, a public feature request board and a changelog in one workspace. This connector lets you work with that workspace from Claude.

• Conversations: search and read customer conversations from chat, email and WhatsApp with their messages, reply as yourself, change status, priority, labels or assignee, and start a conversation with a contact. Internal notes are never returned.
• Feature requests: list and filter requests by product, status or votes, read one with its linked pull requests and issues, change status, visibility or roadmap target, and attach the pull request that ships it.
• Changelog: read entries, draft and edit new ones, and publish when you confirm. Publishing completes the linked requests and notifies the customers who voted for them.
• Help center: list knowledge bases and articles, read an article, draft new articles from Markdown and update existing ones.
• Contacts: look up customers by name, email or external id, and create or update them.

You sign in to Superrelay, pick one workspace and approve access. The connector acts as you in that workspace and can do only what your role allows: owners and admins can read and write, members read only. Removing someone from the workspace, or disconnecting on Settings → Connected apps, cuts access on the next request.
