Tennsa OS

Tennsa OS reads the systems a business already runs - accounting, inventory, payments, commerce, CRM and email - and keeps a continuous record of what it finds. Connect it to Claude and Claude can answer questions about the whole business without anything being uploaded or explained.

Ask what needs attention today and Claude answers from the current briefing: overdue customers still being invoiced, stock running short against an unpaid supplier, a delivery that never matched its order. Ask about a past period and Claude answers from the record Tennsa has been keeping, day by day. Ask a specific question about a supplier or a product and Claude answers from that business's own ledger.

Six read-only tools: the current briefing with its findings and reasoning, data coverage showing which systems are connected and which are failing, recent account activity, findings grouped by business area, a grounded consultant that answers free-text questions from the business's own records, and a history tool that answers for any period Tennsa holds.

Every figure Tennsa OS returns was computed from the customer's own records and traced to its source. Nothing is estimated or generated. Where a system could not be reached, the answer says so rather than presenting an incomplete picture as complete.

Tennsa OS never writes to a connected system. Email-derived data is structurally excluded from this channel.
