TickNow

TickNow is a day planner and time tracker. Each day holds tasks with time estimates and checklists, plus small to-dos, and drafts collect work that isn’t scheduled yet. Reusable lists, such as a packing or shopping list, can be put on any day as a fresh copy to tick.

With this connector, Claude can:

Read a day: its tasks in order, with their numbers, estimates and checklists, then the day’s to-dos and lists. Plan new tasks with a time estimate and a checklist, add to-dos, and move a task to another day or change its estimate. Create drafts and add items to them. Create, rename and edit lists, put a list on a day, move it, or take it off. Tick items off, reword them, and archive a task or bring it back. Start a focused work session, add tasks and to-dos to the one running, see how much time is left, and stop it. Delete checklist items, tasks and lists. Deleting can’t be undone, so Claude asks you first.

Tasks can be found by their number, such as CI-29. Claude checks what’s already there before adding, so nothing is added twice.

Your plans are encrypted in your browser. Claude can reach them only after you turn on AI access in TickNow, and you choose Read or Write. With Read, Claude can only look; adding, changing and deleting need Write. Turning AI access off ends every connection at once.
