TOP answers questions about Croatian public procurement.

It covers two things. The first is your own pipeline: the tenders already matched to your company's profile, with their deadlines, lots, award criteria and published documents, so you can triage what is worth bidding on without leaving the chat.

The second is the public record. Which suppliers compete in a CPV category and how often they win. How a contracting authority has awarded over time, and which suppliers it keeps coming back to. Who bid on a specific procurement, what the winning value was, and what the contract ended up being worth. You can start from a company name or an OIB and follow it through to individual contracts.

Every tool is read-only. Nothing submits a bid, changes a record, or takes an action on your behalf.

Access requires a Tender-Op account on a plan that includes TOP Connect. Each person signs in with their own login and sees only what their own subscription and organisation allow; matched tenders are private to your company, while the analytics draw on published procurement data.
