• It remembers everything, exactly. The sheet keeps every row, so Claude can look back months later.
• Same answer every time. Rows are written by fixed rules, not AI guesses, and a resent or updated email changes its row instead of adding another.

• ask "what's still on its way?", "who still owes me for the concert?" or "when is my next appointment?",
• have it check every morning that nothing stopped working, and fix what did,
• add rows you tell it about ("add headphones, $35, today"),
• put the numbers that matter on your phone, with alerts, as formulas in your sheet,
• set up reminders, quick-add buttons and a form others can fill in.
