TrackMyMachines monitors CNC and production machines in real time. Sensors report spindle activity, power, part counts and downtime, and TrackMyMachines turns that into utilisation, OEE and downtime analysis for every site, area and machine.
This connector lets Claude answer questions about your own factory data in plain language: "What was OEE on the Haas cell last week?", "Which machines lost the most time to setup this month?", "How much energy did we burn while idle yesterday?"
Claude can see your sites, areas, machines, shift patterns and downtime reason categories. It can query utilisation, OEE with its availability, performance and quality factors, OEE per job, downtime and its reasons, part counts, and energy use including idle energy. Any question can cover the whole organisation, a site, an area or a single machine, over any time range, broken down by hour, day, week, month or quarter.
Every tool is read-only. You sign in with your TrackMyMachines account, and Claude only ever sees the organisation that account belongs to.
