TrainRec is a workout and food log for iPhone, Android and Apple Watch that your AI assistant can read and update.
Ask for a plan in plain words ("3 days a week, 45 minutes, dumbbells only") and it appears in TrainRec, ready to follow set by set on your phone or watch. After a workout, ask how it went: your assistant sees what you actually did and adjusts the next session. Tell it what you ate and it logs the meal with calories, protein, carbs, fat and label nutrients like sodium and potassium. It can also set daily targets, log weigh-ins and blood pressure, and look at how a lift is trending.
You stay in control. Your assistant sees your log only after you approve it on TrainRec's sign-in page. Every change it makes shows in the app under You → Changes, under its name, with Undo. Disconnect at any time from the app.
Needs a TrainRec account (free) and the Connect plan, which you can start in the app. TrainRec is for general fitness. It isn't medical advice.
