Translead CRM

This connector lets Claude work with your CRM data directly in a conversation, using exactly the permissions of the user who connected.

What you can do

• Find accounts, contacts, deals, activities, and files by keyword or field conditions, and pull up the activities linked to a specific account or deal.
• Create accounts, contacts, deals, and activities. When logging an activity, Claude can also add it to your connected Google or Outlook calendar and issue a Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom link.
• Update field values, links, and statuses on existing records, for example marking a planned activity as completed.
• Export matching accounts, contacts, deals, or activities to CSV and receive a temporary download link.
• Read saved aggregation and goal reports to get the latest numbers.
• Look up users, user groups, and field settings so Claude can fill in records correctly.

• "Summarize where we stand with Translead Inc, including open deals and the last three activities."
• "Log today's call with Jane Doe as a completed activity on the Northwind deal."
• "Export all deals expected to close this quarter as CSV."
• "What does the monthly sales report say for last month?"

How it works

Connect with your regular Translead CRM sign-in. Claude reads and writes only what you are allowed to see and change in Translead CRM; permissions on objects, fields, and CSV export are enforced on every request.

Requirements

AI assistant integration must be enabled for your Translead CRM tenant. Ask your administrator to request activation from Translead support. Setup instructions and FAQ are in the documentation link.
