Twixium is an AI employee platform for local businesses such as restaurants, dental clinics and spas. Its AI employee, LUNA, answers customers 24/7 on WhatsApp and web chat in English and Spanish, captures leads, books appointments and table reservations, drafts Google review replies and runs WhatsApp campaigns.
With the Twixium connector, business owners can manage all of this by talking to Claude:

Safety built in: every change shows a preview first and only happens after the user's explicit "yes". Actions that reach customers or the public (replies, posts, campaigns, cancellations) have daily limits, WhatsApp's 24-hour messaging rules are respected, nothing is ever deleted through the connector, and each user only ever sees their own business's data. Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
