WHY IT IS DIFFERENT. Every result carries its official source URL, the publisher's own status for that section, and a derived good-law verdict that reports "unknown" rather than over-claiming where currency cannot be vouched for. Coverage is self-describing, so Claude can check what is actually held for a jurisdiction before reading an empty result as an absence of law. Text comes from the publisher, not a scraped aggregator.
