• Track active negotiations: status, whose turn it is, version history, open AI findings and signing progress
• Search your playbook of approved clauses, standard documents and policies, and line up a contract-versus-standard comparison
• File newly signed PDF or DOCX contracts into the archive, with extraction running automatically
• Switch between organizations you belong to, and check plan usage

Read-only over documents by design: no tool edits a contract. Claude can read, search, compare and file, but every redline and approval stays with a person in version90. Access follows your version90 membership and role.
