Wonderchat

Wonderchat is an AI customer-support platform: you train an AI agent on your website and knowledge base, and it answers real customer questions in your chat widget.

This connector lets you build, tune, and analyze those agents from your assistant, scoped to the agents you can already manage. Find your agents, read and update their model, system prompt, and settings, and search or debug their knowledge base. Work the review inbox: for each open knowledge gap, read the evidence and apply a fix, point it at a URL or file, or resolve it. Pull analytics (conversations, resolution rate, satisfaction, leads, top questions) and read transcripts to see where the agent struggled. Add knowledge (a URL, a text snippet, or an authoritative Q&A correction) and capture leads.

Reads require member access to an agent; writes require admin. Plan-gated features surface a clear message rather than failing silently. Answer generation via the ask tool uses the account's message credits, like a live chat message. Access is always limited to what your Wonderchat role already allows, and you can revoke the connection any time from Wonderchat settings.
