YAPL

YAPL is a project planning and scheduling platform: work breakdown structures, Gantt schedules driven by a critical-path engine, Kanban boards, resource booking with rate-based cost, and earned-value reporting.

This connector lets an AI agent work inside your actual plans instead of describing them. It can read plans, tasks, dependencies, resources, calendars and portfolio metrics; draft new structure (tasks, hierarchy, dependencies, durations); book resources; record progress and actual dates; and answer budget, earned-value and resource-load questions.

Two safety properties define how it behaves. Structural and schedule edits never touch the published plan: they land in an unpublished draft in the plan you have open, where you can review a change summary, undo, discard, or publish. Publishing is always a separate, deliberate step, and if the live plan changed underneath the agent it stops and hands the decision back to you.

Everything runs as you. The agent authenticates with your own account over OAuth, inherits your workspace roles and row-level permissions, and can never see or change more than you can. Account, billing, membership and role management are not exposed to agents at all. Each connected client is listed in Settings > Integrations > MCP Connectors and can be revoked individually.

Planned dates are derived, not typed: durations and dependencies go in, and the scheduling engine places the dates against the plan's baseline and working calendar.

Requires a YAPL workspace on the Professional or Trial plan; the check runs on every call.
