Zono Support is the help desk for software teams and people who sell digital products. This connector brings your support queue into Claude.
Ask Claude to find the tickets waiting on you, read a full conversation, check the customer's purchases and refund status, and look up the answer in your knowledge base with citations. Then reply, add an internal note, assign, change status, fill custom fields or merge a duplicate ticket. Lookup tools find the products, departments, teammates and customers by name, so Claude never has to guess an ID.
Every action runs as you. Claude sees only the tickets your Zono role and department permissions allow, in the workspace you pick on the consent screen, and every call is audited. You choose the scopes when you connect (read-only scopes are available for assistants that should only look) and can revoke access any time from Zono.
