442ball

442ball is a football publication at 442ball.com. This connector lets your assistant read 442ball's own weekly club Power Ratings and the ratings built on them, and every answer links to the 442ball page of each club and league it names.

What you can ask:

• A club's current Power Rating, with its band, its rank in its league, its attack and defence indices and its long-run rating
• Two clubs side by side, with the difference given only when both are rated on the same scale
• A league's strength, its clubs by rating, and the 442 League Index ranking of European leagues
• A club's rating month by month
• The week's biggest risers and fallers in a league
• A club's current and longest runs: unbeaten, winning, winless and clean sheets
• The greatest club-seasons within one league since 2010/11
• How the ratings are calculated

442ball calculates the ratings from the results of finished league, cup and continental matches since 2010, and updates them every Monday. They measure how strong results have been; they are not predictions or odds.

The connector is free and read-only, needs no account, and never sees your conversation. It returns no scores, fixtures, lineups or player statistics, and no data from our football data provider. Calls are rate-limited per network address so the service stays fast and fair for everyone.
