- Watch competitors for you: ZonRival checks up to 25 products every day and emails you a digest when one changes its price by 10% or more, goes out of or back in stock, moves sharply in best-seller rank, changes rating, or picks up a new complaint topic. No email when nothing changed.
- Find what customers complain about: ZonRival reads Amazon's "Customers say" summary of all reviews and returns the complaint topics with how many customers mention each, real quotes, and the star breakdown.
- Audit any Amazon listing and get a 0–100 score with specific fixes (title, bullets, images, video, A+ content, rating, reviews).
- See who ranks organically for a keyword, and which products are advertising on it.
- Get a product's full details: price, rating, review count, best-seller rank, stock status, images, video, A+ content and "bought in past month".
- Compare your listing text with up to 5 competitors to find the words and phrases you're missing.
- Read a Shopify store's catalog: price range, products on sale, sold-out items and newest launches.
Works across 12 Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, CA, IN, JP, AU, MX, AE); history covers 10 of them (not AU or AE). The research tools are read-only, and ZonRival never changes anything on Amazon, Shopify or your seller accounts. The only thing it can change is your own ZonRival watch list.
