xrio prüft und erstellt deutsche E-Rechnungen und stellt sie als PDF dar, direkt aus Claude heraus.
Prüfen: Claude schickt eine XRechnung oder eine ZUGFeRD- oder Factur-X-PDF an xrio und bekommt jeden Befund im Originalwortlaut der Norm zurück, mit Geschäftsbegriff und XML-Pfad. Geprüft wird gegen EN 16931 und XRechnung mit dem amtlichen KoSIT-Validator. Eine PDF ohne Rechnungs-XML erkennt xrio als „keine E-Rechnung“.
Erstellen: Aus Rechnungsdaten entsteht eine XRechnung, eine ZUGFeRD-PDF oder beides. Alle Felder der EN 16931 und acht Rechnungsarten von der Rechnung bis zur Schlussrechnung sind möglich. xrio rechnet jeden Betrag selbst nach und liefert nie eine ungültige Datei; weicht etwas ab, kommen alle Befunde auf einmal. Firmendaten, Bankverbindung und Logo liegen im Konto und kommen automatisch auf die Rechnung.
Lesbar machen: Jede XML wird auf Wunsch zur PDF-Ansicht, im xrio-Layout mit GiroCode oder im amtlichen KoSIT-Layout.
Dateien laufen nie durch das Sprachmodell: Claude erhält einen einmal gültigen Upload-Link und einen befristeten Download-Link, beide auf api.xrio.de. Ergebnisdateien stehen sieben Tage bereit und werden danach gelöscht. xrio wertet Ihre Daten nicht mit KI aus und trainiert keine Modelle. Rechtsgrundlagen nennt xrio nur aus amtlichen Quellen; eine Steuerberatung ist es nicht.
Die Preise betragen 0,25 € netto je erstellter E-Rechnung oder PDF-Ansicht und 0,05 € netto je Prüfung; abgerechnet wird aus einem vorab aufgeladenen Guthaben. Sie brauchen ein Konto unter app.xrio.de, die Anmeldung läuft im Browser. Alle Server stehen in Deutschland (Hetzner, Nürnberg). Die Anleitung steht unter xrio.de/ratgeber/claude-mit-xrio-verbinden.
