With Ethica in Claude you can:

• Look up what employers in a US state, city or Canadian province must provide (training, written policies and employee notices), with who it covers, when it's due, the proof to keep and the official source. No account needed.
• Sign in with your Ethica account to see your team's progress, who is overdue, one employee's training record, how far along a requirement is, and links to download records for an inspection or audit.
