Coverage includes 4.88M government-recorded sale transactions and 836K lease records, 15.5M cadastral land parcels across 19 counties, 3.2M company registration snapshots, 764K business registrations, 89K Taipei building and occupancy permits, 3,524 urban renewal projects and 212 industrial parks — plus reference data for metro stations, districts, business areas, public infrastructure and area-level market analytics.

Much of this is statutory rather than commercial: building and occupancy permits are administrative approvals, urban renewal cases move through a defined legal process, and each zoning record cites the specific article of the Taipei land-use control ordinance it comes from. Cadastral parcels carry registered area and boundary geometry.

Typical use: comparing neighbourhood price levels before a valuation, analysing ownership structure for an urban renewal assembly, checking the zoning and permit history of a site before committing to it, evaluating industrial clusters and transport access for site selection, and tracing a building's permit-to-transaction history for due diligence.
