Help by DeltaBreen is a helpdesk that lives inside your own site: customers write from your form and see their tickets on your pages, and your team answers from Help. This connector lets Claude work in your Help workspace as you, with your role and never more.
On every plan, Claude can set things up: add a site, lay out your support form and ticket pages, write help articles, and set working hours, reply-time targets and rules. On Pro and higher it also works your tickets: list and read them, reply to customers, leave internal notes, assign, close or mark spam, and use your saved replies.
You choose what it may do when you connect, one switch each. Opening files, pressing buttons that change a customer's account and creating keys start switched off. Help makes no AI calls of its own, and nothing a tool is sent or answers is logged. Disconnect any time from the AI page in Help.
