Lupora is an AI personal trainer for strength training on iPhone and Apple Watch. This connector lets Claude work with your Lupora account.
Claude can:
- Read your training profile, program settings and schedule, including each workout’s exercises, sets, reps and loads.
- Summarize your progress: planned versus completed workouts, training volume, your most-trained exercises and, if you allow it, the sets you logged.
- Search Lupora’s exercise catalog, with instructions and form cues, and list your favorite exercises.
- Check a plan draft against Lupora’s rules and send it to your phone as a proposal. A proposal never changes your schedule on its own: you review it in the Lupora app and accept or discard it.
- If you allow it, send the Lupora team a feedback report, such as a bug it ran into.
When you connect, you choose what Claude can see and do, and you can disconnect at any time in the Lupora app. Lupora never sends Claude your health metrics, body weight, check-ins or photos.
