MetLex returns the governing passage of EU and Swedish financial regulation, word for word, with the article, a link to the official text and the date of the snapshot. It covers DORA, Regulation (EU) 2022/2554, with its regulatory and implementing technical standards, GDPR, the Finansinspektionen regulations (FFFS), and the EU acts on the same ICT and third-party line: NIS 2, CER, the Data Act, the Cyber Resilience Act, MiCA and the AI Act. Texts come from the Publications Office of the EU and from fi.se, in English and Swedish, and are refreshed nightly. Every passage carries its authority layer (regulation, RTS/ITS, guidance, Q&A, decision) and its snapshot date. Ask by citation ("DORA Article 28(4)", "artikel 30.2", "FFFS 2014:1 7 kap. 2 §") or in plain words.

No model runs at MetLex. Claude calls the tool, gets the passages back and writes the answer itself, so the citation is always to the official text, never to a paraphrase. Questions asked through the connector are never stored: the service keeps request metadata only (time, account, tool, status, the ids of the passages returned). Questions that hold an e-mail address or a personal identity number are refused.

Free: an account by e-mailed one-time password, Google or Microsoft sign-in; the law in both regions, every matching passage. Library (paid, per person and year): the public record of how the law is applied. Library EU holds the ESA Q&As on DORA with their answers; Library Sweden adds Finansinspektionen reporting guidance and decisions, and decisions of Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), with personal data removed. Library unlocks on the same connector; nothing is reinstalled.

Built and run by Mettle AB, Stockholm, hosted in the EU (Scaleway, Paris). Not legal advice: verify against the linked text.
