Ask everyday HR questions in plain language, about the employee handbook, paid holidays, PTO and leave policies, benefits and plan summaries, onboarding, and other documents your HR team has uploaded, and get answers drawn directly from your company's own materials, with citations to the source documents.
Answers are automatically scoped to the signed-in employee's company, so each user only sees information relevant to their organization. You sign in with your existing Netchex account through secure single sign-on. The connector never sees your password, and Claude never receives your Netchex credentials.
