NGCRM

NGCRM is CRM and Helpdesk in one app for small and growing businesses: clients and contacts, leads across sales pipelines, activities and notes, helpdesk tickets with SLA timers and a full ticket archive, tags, data-quality checks and business-registry lookup by tax ID — in 30+ languages.

With the NGCRM connector, Claude works with your CRM in plain language. Ask which tickets have breached their SLA, get a summary of a client before a call, check your pipeline, add a lead after a meeting or log a call on a ticket.

Every connection is per user over OAuth. Claude signs in as you and sees only what your NGCRM permissions allow — never other accounts or organizations you do not belong to. Reading works once an administrator enables AI access for the account. Creating or changing records (leads, activities, notes, tickets, tags) is off until the account owner gives separate consent, and every call is logged. Access can be revoked at any time in NGCRM or in Claude.

The connector is included in the Pro, Business and Enterprise plans. Accounts with the Data import add-on also get tools to bring clients, leads, tickets and revenue over from another system.
