ONDA Life brings four wellness tools into Claude, each with an interactive card.
Check your HRV: compare a heart rate variability value with population norms for your age. Apple Watch reports SDNN; Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit and Polar report RMSSD — ONDA picks the matching table and shows where you sit on a percentile scale, with a reminder that your personal trend matters more than any single number.
Breathe now: a live animated breathing guide with a timer — slow coherent breathing, 4-7-8, box breathing, the physiological sigh or a longer-exhale pattern. Techniques with breath holds include a safety note.
Find a practice: 1–3 free 6-minute guided practices matched to your goal (calm, sleep, focus or energy), experience and position — even lying in bed. Each one can be played free in the browser.
Compare: put 2–3 wearables or wellness apps side by side using ONDA's editorial reviews — price, subscription, which HRV metric they report, score, verdict and a link to the full review. Products ONDA hasn't reviewed are clearly marked.
Safety first: if someone reports acute symptoms such as chest pain or fainting, the HRV tool doesn't interpret any number and points to urgent medical care instead.
Private by design: no account needed. The server only receives the parameters a tool needs, doesn't store them and doesn't log them.
ONDA Life is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and doesn't provide medical advice. The ONDA iOS app adds live pulse feedback, a personal baseline from Apple Watch history and 300+ practices.
