Anny helps hotel commercial teams see what is changing in their market. Connect ChatGPT to your Anny workspace to compare competitor rates, review estimated demand, follow how rates move, and research the market around your hotel, all in plain language.

Read across your organizations, hotels, and Comp Sets, the competitor groups you compare against. Get a rate summary with current rates, estimated demand, freshness, and movement for every competitor and arrival date, or open the full rate matrix. Read the details your team keeps for each hotel, such as check-in times and parking. Look back over rate and demand history, recent rate reports, shop runs and their results, and shopping schedules. Read any Anny dashboard screen with the same figures it shows. Research competitors' public amenities and traveler reviews, map the places that bring guests to your market, or get a SWOT for your hotel against its Comp Set. With your approval, ChatGPT can make changes: rename a hotel or update its code or color, correct its hotel details, edit the competitors and parity channels in a Comp Set, adjust shopping schedules, add or update the hotel's action items, correct its demand driver list, change report-email recipients, or send a suggestion to the Anny team. Enabling a report recipient shares future report contents with that email address. Existing delivery restrictions still apply.

Starting an on-demand rate shop spends shop credits your organization already holds. ChatGPT asks you to confirm first, and you can check the available credits beforehand. It never buys credits. Existing balance-alert and report-delivery settings may cause email notifications.

The connection acts as you, with the same permissions as the Anny web app. It reaches only the organizations and hotels you can already see, and it cannot retrieve invoices, change payment methods, manage memberships or invitations, or reveal API keys.
