AntBuddy brings the customer conversations from your connected messaging channels into ChatGPT. Browse your inbox and narrow it by channel, read state, assignee, tag or date, and open a conversation to read its recent messages, with who sent each one and when. List the AntBuddy workspaces you belong to and switch between them, and ask questions about AntBuddy products and how to use them. The app only reads your inbox and does not message customers. It acts with your AntBuddy account's permissions and only sees workspaces you are a member of.
