BioStacks scores supplements on what actually matters: whether the ingredients work at the doses inside the bottle. Search or name any product and get a 0–100 efficacy score grounded in published research.

For each product you see every active ingredient's dose measured against its clinically studied range, its form and bioavailability, safety flags on additives, and the health goals it genuinely supports. When a product is under dosed or built on weak evidence, BioStacks says so plainly.

Every ingredient links to an independent reference (Examine.com, NIH) so you can check the science yourself, plus where to buy.

Skills

  • stack-audit

Audit a user's supplement stack for clinical efficacy using BioStacks scoring. Trigger when the user lists the supplements they take and asks whether they work, are worth the money, are redundant, or how to improve the stack — e.g. "rate my stack", "is my supplement routine any good", "am I wasting money on these". Do NOT trigger for personal medical questions (diagnoses, prescription interactions, "should I take X for my condition") — those need a healthcare professional.
