BoldTrail plugin connects ChatGPT to your BoldTrail account so you can work your database in plain language.
What you can do:
- Find contacts by name, status, tag or owning agent, and open a contact's full profile and timeline
- Add new contacts, update contact details and add notes
- See who is showing buying or selling intent: hot leads, new registrations, property views, questions, and showing or valuation requests
- Create and complete tasks, and book appointments with contacts
- Send a text or an email to a contact, or start a phone call (BoldTrail connects the call or returns the number, based on your call settings)
- Find Smart Campaigns and assign one to a contact
- Review a contact's property search alerts, turn them on or off, change or delete them, or get a link to set one up in BoldTrail
- Work with ponds (shared lead pools), offices and office members
- Get a short, prioritized to-do list for your day
Who it is for: real estate agents, team leads and brokers who use BoldTrail. You sign in with your BoldTrail account. The plugin only recognizes the contacts, offices, and records associated with your BoldTrail account and role. Every action is performed as you.
Limitations: texts and emails are sent immediately (pending your review and approval). Scheduling texts and emails is not currently supported. Deleting contacts, bulk messaging, property listing search and BoldTrail account settings are not available. A BoldTrail account is required.
