Carousel

Carousel is an applicant verification platform for landlords, lenders and other teams in Canada and the United States. You send an applicant one link; they complete it on their phone, and Carousel runs the checks you chose — identity verification, credit, court and eviction records, police records, bank and income verification — through licensed providers, and gathers the results into one report.

Connect your Carousel account and ChatGPT can:

• Show which checks and combinations your account can send.
• Send a screening to an applicant by email or text message, in English or French, filed under the right building and unit.
• List your workspaces and buildings, or add a building and its units.
• Follow screenings: who hasn't started, which checks are done, what changed recently.
• Read results, only if you allow it when you connect: identity, credit, court and police findings, bank verification, and what the applicant declared.

Good to know:

• Carousel does not approve or reject applicants. Results are what each provider returned; the decision is yours.
• Applicants complete their checks themselves, on Carousel's pages. Carousel does not look people up by name.
• ID document numbers are not included in results here; the full report is in Carousel.
• From a live connection, sending a screening emails or texts a real applicant. Choose Test when you connect to try it: in test mode no email is sent and a simulated applicant completes each screening.
