What Cheerful can do: Find creators: Describe a brief in plain language and search Instagram, TikTok and YouTube by niche, location and follower range, or find creators similar to one you like. Results arrive as cards you can browse. Vet a creator: Paste a handle or profile link to see followers, engagement, bio, recent posts, where their audience is and whether a public email exists. Build shortlists: Pick creators straight from the results card and save them to a new or existing Cheerful list. Set up a campaign: Turn a brief into a ready campaign draft with the email, a follow-up, the product and the send window written for you, then add creators from a search, a saved list or names and emails you paste. Send from your inbox: Check which of your connected mailboxes can send and whether your domain is set up to land in the inbox. Connecting Gmail happens on Cheerful's site; your password never goes through the chat. Review, then confirm: The launch card shows the real first email for your creators, who gets it, which inbox sends it, when, and at what pace. Nothing is sent until you click Confirm & send. Track your campaigns: Sends, replies, reply rate, opt-ins and top posts for every campaign, and which one is falling behind and why. Triage replies: Who said yes, who declined, who asked a question, and who is still waiting on you. See posted content: Which creators posted for your campaigns, with thumbnails, views and likes.
