Clevra is AI field service software that runs every job from call to invoice. It's built for technical field trades like subsurface scanning, utility locating, and inspection, and for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, and 50+ other trades. In Clevra, crews record findings, readings, and photos on site with checklists attached to each visit, so the office, the client's report, and the invoice all work from the same field record.

Clevra is built AI-first. Alongside its own AI assistant, the Clevra app lets ChatGPT work with your company's Clevra data, always as you and within exactly what your Clevra role allows.

Ask in plain language about today's schedule, which invoices are overdue, what a client has been quoted, how a job performed or what last month's invoices report shows. ChatGPT can read clients and client notes, a client's billing standing, jobs and job statistics, job profit where your role can see costing, invoices, estimates, requests, the schedule, open time slots for a technician, activities, your team and the reports available to you.

ChatGPT can also take six everyday actions: create a client, add a client note, log an activity, create a task, draft an estimate, and schedule a visit. You choose in ChatGPT's settings when it asks before using them. Every action runs through the same rules as the Clevra app and is recorded in Clevra's audit trail. Scheduling a visit sends your company's usual automatic messages, exactly as booking in Clevra does.

The app never sends emails or texts on its own, takes payments, deletes records, converts estimates, or changes billing, payroll, team membership or company settings.

Admins stay in control from Settings → Connected apps: see every connection, disconnect anyone, pause all connections, or make connections read-only for the whole company. Clevra never receives your conversations; it keeps only a content-free access record of each request, for 90 days.

Requires a Clevra account with the Org Admin, Manager or Dispatcher role, in a company where the Clevra AI assistant is turned on.
