Keep characters and world rules consistent, revise approved facts with history, and compare drafts against established details. With your permission, the assistant can save concise checkpoints while you write so your next conversation has a useful starting point. Continuity receives only content sent through its tools; it does not automatically back up entire chats or guarantee saving before context is lost. Requires an existing Continuity account with Pro or active trial access.
