Ask for a judge's page limits, courtesy copy requirements, pre-motion conference steps, electronic filing and service rules, or filing fees. Check whether a court is closed on a date. Open a judge in the side panel to browse the extracted rules next to their quoted source text.
Court Rules also includes privacy and consumer protection enforcement actions from the FTC and state attorneys general, with fines, violations and source links.
Coverage varies by court. Rules are extracted from court documents and can lag a new standing order, so confirm against the linked source before filing. Court Rules is reference data and is not legal advice.
