CREparser Deal Review is a due diligence tool for commercial real estate investors, lenders and brokers. Inside ChatGPT it reviews the documents behind a property deal: rent rolls and T12 operating statements (PDF, Excel or CSV), offering memoranda, loan agreements and leases. Every figure links to the highlighted passage or spreadsheet cells it came from. Tie each rent roll unit out against its lease, check a T12's totals and NOI month by month, test an offering memorandum's headline claims against the property's own documents, and abstract a loan's terms, reserves and deadlines. Use it for screening before the LOI and for due diligence after it. Approve or flag each item, then export a PDF report, a spreadsheet or the highlighted source. Includes lease abstraction, so one app covers the whole deal. Documents are processed temporarily.
