dataroomHQ turns your company's documents into an investor-ready dataroom. This plugin puts it inside ChatGPT: build the room, generate your investor materials from it, share it with investors, and get cited answers about anything in it.
- Build the room: create a dataroom, save files you attach in ChatGPT or upload whole folders at once, and organise documents into folders and categories.
- Generate investor materials: pitch decks, data decks, business reports with ARR, cohort, retention and concentration sheets, investment memos and a company profile - built from the room's own documents and filed back into it.
- Get cited answers: ask about any board deck, financial model, contract or call transcript in the room, and get an answer that names the page or sheet it came from.
- Know your numbers: ARR, MRR, growth, churn, retention cohorts, customer concentration and pipeline, computed from the room's financial documents.
- Share with control: share a single document or the whole room, set roles and per-document permissions, and see who has viewed what and what has changed.
- See it in the chat: open a document or the whole room as an interactive view - spreadsheets as tables, PDFs page by page.
Investors you invite can use it too, reading and questioning the room within the access you gave them. Every action respects each person's role in the room.
