Use this plugin to answer questions about your auto dealership's operations from your Dealr.cloud account, such as what is in stock, how deals are progressing, which repair orders are open, and what your accounting reports show. Dealr.cloud is the dealership management system independent auto dealers use to run inventory, sales, service, and accounting.
You can:
- Search inventory, customers, deals, leads, communications, repair orders, part orders, and parts inventory
- Find a customer or vehicle by name, phone, email, VIN, stock number, or plate
- View deal, repair order, lead, and customer details
- View balance sheet, profit and loss, trial balance, journal entries, control balances, and AR/AP aging
Sign in with your Dealr.cloud account. Results include only the rooftops and records your Dealr.cloud user has permission to view. A dealership admin must turn on Integrations > Connect AI tools for your user. Customer contact details appear only if your dealership turns them on under Settings > AI Tools.
The plugin only reads data. It cannot create, change, or delete records, send messages, or post accounting entries. Loan and title records are not included.
