Ask for a document by name and it searches your Drive to find it, then reads the contents back as clean markdown you can quote, summarize, translate or rework. Ask for something new and it creates the document and writes the first draft. From there you get real editing, not just appending: insert and replace text anywhere in the document, replace every occurrence of a phrase in one pass, restyle paragraphs and individual runs of text, and turn lists into proper bullets or strip them back out.

Tables are fully supported: create them, add or remove rows and columns, merge cells, style rows and cells, and pin header rows so they repeat across pages.
