Appointment booking, client management and point of sale for service businesses, run from ChatGPT.

EasyWeek is an online booking and scheduling platform for salons, barbershops, spas, nail and beauty studios, massage and wellness practices, tattoo studios, fitness and yoga instructors, photographers, tutors, consultants, car services and repair shops, and any business that works by appointment. This plugin connects your EasyWeek account to ChatGPT so you can run the business by typing a request instead of clicking through the calendar.

What you can do in ChatGPT:

• Schedule: see today's schedule, find free slots, book an appointment, reschedule it, move it to another staff member, change its status, block time on a calendar, cancel it.
• Clients: look a client up by phone or email, read the visit history, create or update a customer card.
• Services and staff: list locations, staff and availability, services with prices and durations; create and update services; manage gift voucher templates.
• Point of sale: open an order, record a payment taken at the desk, refund a recorded sale, see open and paid orders.
• Reminders and messaging: check the SMS balance, see which automatic appointment reminders are switched on, edit reminder texts.

How it works: you sign in once and approve the connection for one workspace. Every action runs with your own user permissions and follows the same validation and customer notifications as the dashboard: when you book, move or cancel an appointment, the client receives the notification your workspace normally sends. Reads never change data; cancelling an appointment or refunding a sale asks for confirmation first. You can see and disconnect every connected AI app under Settings > Developers > AI apps.

Works with any account that has at least one location, staff member and service.
