Embarka plans family trips around how kids actually travel. Tell it where you are going, when, who is coming and how old the kids are, and it writes a complete day-by-day plan: a nap or rest block at the time your child naps, short walks for little legs, the big outing in the morning, dinners that end before bedtime, and a backup for rainy days.

Each plan comes with a booking checklist sorted by what to book now, soon or on the day, and a budget estimate for the trip. The plan is saved at its own link, so you can open it on your phone, send it to the other parent or a grandparent, and save it to an Embarka account to keep editing, see it on a map and get trip-day views.

You can change a plan in the conversation: make a day indoors when rain is coming, move the nap to 12:30, or slow down a busy day. Embarka writes a revised copy and keeps the original.

Embarka asks for kids' ages, never their names, and does not need an account to start. It does not book flights or hotels and does not show live prices. Budgets are estimates to plan with. Check opening hours and prices before you go.
