Endelir AI Trainer prepares detailed business knowledge and instructions for AI agents handling sales enquiries, customer service and everyday customer questions. It reads the business's website and the documents the owner shares — price lists, menus, policies and terms — then interviews the owner to build a complete understanding of the business: products and services, prices and what is included, payment, delivery, timings, contact details, cancellations and refunds, questions customers ask and the words they use, objections, deals, and when a person should take over.

It is built to ask rather than guess. Each fact in the dossier is recorded with its source and whether the owner confirmed it, conflicting sources are put to the owner, and gaps become instructions ("say the team will confirm") instead of assumptions. Before handing over files, it walks through sample customer questions — a price, a total, an objection, a refund, a question in Hindi, something it cannot answer — so the owner can spot what is missing.

The owner gets a company dossier to keep and update, plus files to paste into their assistant: for Endelir on WhatsApp, the AI instructions, service answers, handbook, sales setup and quick answers, sized to Endelir's limits; for other platforms, an instructions file and a knowledge file.

With an Endelir account connected, it can read the business's current WhatsApp AI setup and save an approved dossier into it. It shows each change first and saves only after the owner confirms.

It prepares knowledge and instructions; it does not fine-tune a model, and the owner should test the assistant before customers use it.
