Evertrain connects ChatGPT to the user's own Evertrain training account. Once connected, ChatGPT can read their programs, scheduled workouts, training history, coaching notes and their profile and equipment context, and — when asked — create or update programs and workouts, schedule a program, reschedule workouts or substitute exercises, and record what it changed. Every action is scoped to the signed-in account: no other user's data is reachable, and no billing or payment operation is exposed. Load and effort are logged by the athlete, never prescribed by the tools. Destructive actions are marked so ChatGPT confirms first, completed sessions cannot be modified, and coaching preferences are staged for the user to confirm in the app. Requires an Evertrain account.
