Exayard turns construction drawings into quantities, prices and bids, right in the chat.
Add a plan set and Exayard measures and counts what is drawn on the sheets, in any trade: areas, runs and symbols, named in the drawings' own words. Take off the whole set, or pick the sheets you want.
Price the quantities with supplier prices, cost books and your own price lists, with each price showing where it came from. Edit line items, quantities and prices in a full-screen table. Build a bid from the priced quantities, edit it, send it to your client, or download it as a PDF or Word file. Compare two revisions of a plan set to see which sheets changed. See which of your suppliers has the lowest price on a product in your catalog.
For contractors, subcontractors and estimators in any trade.
Needs an Exayard account. Steps that use AI, such as a takeoff, show a proposal card first and start only when you press Approve. Quantities and prices follow the units and currency in your Exayard settings.
