Fondaro is the CRM for real estate agencies. Every lead in one place, one click to call from your browser or phone, with an assistant that tells you who to call next.

Connect Fondaro and ask ChatGPT to find a lead, add a note or a task, move a deal, check who on your team is free for a viewing, search the property sites of your market and build a brochure for a buyer. ChatGPT works as you: it sees what you can see in Fondaro, and every change lands on the lead's record with your name on it.

Calls and emails stay with you. ChatGPT never dials, never sends an email or message, and never moves money. It can read call transcripts and email history you already have, and it drafts the words for you to send yourself.

Admins can also manage lead routing and queues. You sign in with your Fondaro account and can disconnect at any time in Settings, Integrations, Fondaro MCP.
