Higgs Hub gives your assistant governed access to the Gmail / Google Workspace and Outlook / Microsoft 365 accounts your business already owns — several mailboxes from both providers on one connection. Search and read mail, draft and send replies, check and schedule calendars, find and open files in Google Drive and OneDrive, read and update Google Sheets and Excel, and manage Google Tasks and Microsoft To Do.
Built for small teams that share inboxes. A workspace owner decides, per person and per mailbox, whether it is hidden, read-only, or read & write, and switches off whole capabilities (sending, sharing files, calendar and more) for anyone's assistant. Every action — allowed, refused or failed — is written to an audit log the owner can export. Higgs Hub stores no email or file content and runs no AI model of its own; your mail goes from Google or Microsoft to ChatGPT and nowhere else.
Requires a Higgs Hub account with at least one connected mailbox at higgshub.pro. Higgs Hub cannot make payments, cannot reach accounts that aren't connected, and cannot send from a mailbox it was given read-only access to.
