Hiver in Gmail

Connect ChatGPT to your Hiver shared inboxes. Ask questions about the conversations your team handles in Gmail: search and read conversations, find the emails behind a Gmail thread, see who is on an inbox and which tags and SLA policies apply. Move work forward without leaving the chat: add internal notes visible only to your team, apply or remove tags, and save reply drafts for a teammate to review and send. Administrators can also pull inbox reports directly: conversation volume, response performance, SLA compliance, agent workload, CSAT, sentiment, and per-company support summaries. Every action uses your own Hiver account and permissions, so you only ever see the shared inboxes you are a member of, writes are attributed to you, and nothing is ever sent to a customer by the app itself.
